WTMS was created to provide a bespoke interim and project management resource for the UK food industry by husband and wife team Andrew & Janet Walton in 2001. However, as the business developed we identified a need with food manufacturers, farm shops and hotels to help source food with provenance both through our network and from our own processing unit and smallholding.

The Rainbow flock of Pedigree Charollais Sheep consists of 180 ewes with only the best offspring being offered for pedigree sale. The commercial flock of sheep totals 300 MV accredited Lleyn, Charleyns (i.e Charollais x Lleyn), Texleyns (Texel x LLeyns), Cheviots and North Country Mules.

The Deva Herd of pigs consists of approx. 10 pedigree sows of four different female lines and we have four different boar lines also. Our aim is to rear 200+ piglets a year - the vast majority of which are sold through our sister company Deva Foods Ltd or as weaners direct from the farm.

We passionately believe in high welfare for our animals leads to better tasting meat. We are not organic and believe that a systematic and scientific approach to animal genetics and meat production means that we gain high outputs from lower inputs than commercial farmers.
